Make It StickSwitch: How to Change Things When Change Is Hard
Chip Heath, Dan Heath, 2010
Goodreads →My Take
There's clearly a difference between wanting change and implementing change. Some of that is due to a lack of options or present bias, but a lot seems to come down to a quirk of our brain.
This book seems like a good one because it has examples (and the methods used) to make change at many organizations. Knowing all of that, I'm sure to find tidbits of how to convince my brain to reach for the broccoli instead of the ice cream.
