Long-Term
Calculator

Enter a small daily action and see what it adds up to over time.

Try:

Your total

9,125minutes

That's 9,125 minutes, or about 152 hours.

The Idea

Small daily actions don't feel like much in the moment. Five pushups. Ten minutes of reading. A dollar in a savings jar. It is genuinely hard to feel motivated by something when the payoff is years away.

That is present bias at work: the tendency to undervalue anything that doesn't pay off right now. The future feels abstract, so we treat it like someone else's concern.

Seeing a concrete total can help shift that. The number doesn't change what you do today, but it can change how worth it today feels.

Why This Helps

The numbers make it real

When you can see the total, small habits start to feel different. Not because 5 pushups changes your life today. But 18,250 over 10 years starts to feel like something worth showing up for.

Direction, not perfection

The calculator assumes every day. You won't hit that, and that is fine. Miss a week, come back. Even at 80 percent consistency, the totals are still surprisingly large.
